1. Who We Are

This website, markovpavel.ru ("the Site"), is a personal blog about software architecture, systems analysis, REST API design, and AI-powered products. The Site is operated by Pavel Markov ("I", "me", "my").

2. What Data We Collect

The Site does not collect personal data directly. There are no user accounts, no comment forms, no contact forms that store data, and no newsletter subscriptions on the Site itself.

However, like most websites, the Site uses third-party services that may collect anonymized data:

• Google Analytics — collects anonymized page view statistics (pages visited, referrer, browser type, country-level location). No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Pinterest — when I share content from the Site to Pinterest, Pinterest may set cookies or collect data according to its own privacy policy: https://policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy

3. Cookies

The Site itself does not use cookies. Third-party services (Google Analytics, Pinterest) may use cookies as described in their respective privacy policies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

4. Pinterest Integration

I use the Pinterest API to share article previews (Pins) from the Site to my personal Pinterest board. This integration:

• Posts Pins that link back to articles on markovpavel.ru.
• Does not read, collect, or store any Pinterest user data.
• Does not access Pinterest data of Site visitors.
• Uses OAuth authentication scoped to my own Pinterest account only.

5. How We Share Data

I do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties. Anonymized analytics data is processed by Google Analytics as described above.

6. Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (26 months for user-level data). I do not store any personal data on my own servers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU/EEA, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Since the Site does not collect personal data directly, these rights primarily apply to data held by third-party services.
